Bogies are dried snot. They can be small, slimy lumps or big, dry, greenish brown clumps. In winter, your mucus can get frozen and dry. They will not come out like a funny slimy sticky green gum anymore. Bogies can be pretty annoying when they froze inside your nose.
The best way to pick them off is using your fingers. Wet the tip of your fingers in your mouth with warm saliva, and put them up into your nose to defrost the bogies. You can use one finger of each hand up into your two nose holes at the same time, spinning the wet fingers around to melt them before you pick them off.
If you find too difficult to reach your 2 nose holes at the same time, you can do it in front of the living room’s mirror. Or ask anyone for help.
